Mr. Kempf requested that a financial report is done and now you know why. The main people that fought not to produce the financial report might be the ones that are being investigated. Hopefully the DA will put enough pressure on this individual to tell all. Tell that to the pain turkey's that cannot understand why there physician won't give them unlimited pain medications so they can take some and sell the rest on the street only to get upset when the prescription runs out. The league had to pay $91,000 for the first suit and another $34,000 for the second suit. I think the league was the big loser. Not only that ,but has spent thousands of $$$$ to rebuild. Look on line and see that they have a $240,000 note on the propety and has only three fields which only one has lights and two of them were there before the note was taken out. If you look at my last message I told them they were going to lose the second suit. Funny thing about this is there attorney Non-Suited there second suit right before it was to go to trial and the board members had no clue that was even done. What was also funny that they had no clue that we counter suied them and the landowner would not drop this suit. If you go on there website they are still trying to get a general membership meeting. Haven't had one in over 5 years. When will they show or tell everyone the truth. If you found out how they got rid of there lawyer you would die laughing.
