Ordinance likely to go to Farmers Branch voters
A referendum to repeal an anti-illegal-immigration ordinance in Farmers Branch will likely go ahead after the city secretary confirmed Wednesday that opponents of the ordinance collected enough signatures to force a vote.
The City Council is expected to schedule the referendum for the next municipal election on May 12.
