A South Carolina grandmother got summoned to court for a $0.63 child support payment. WLTX’s Ashley Yarkin reports.

My ex owes me about $38,000 now and Texas can’t send him a summons but South Carolina can send her a summons for 63 cents. My ex’s last payment was $1.75 and so Greg Abbott’s office says they can’t do anything because he made a payment in the last six months. Wow, I want to live in South Carolina.
