Local Investments, Local Taxes

For those concerned about their property taxes and/or the quality of their public schools:
Five local school districts — Alamo Heights, Judson, North East, Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City and Southwest — and the Alamo Community Colleges District have seats up for grabs in the May 10 election.
And for those not interested in voting, “it won’t make a difference,” there are several unopposed candidates so you could really make a difference if you ran for office. But then if you won, I guess you couldn’t blame the politicians, could you?
