SAWS Kick the Can

Through the SAWS Kick the Can program, residents can receive up to two free water-efficient toilets for their home.To be eligible, residents must have water-wasting toilets in their residence, and their home must have been built before 1992.
Renters are eligible but must complete a landlord consent form.
