As it turns out, a merger is not what T.J. Connolly is talking about in his commentary “Time to consider water service merger” (Dec. 11).
No time right now to write much but I saw the commentary T.J. Connolly wrote for the express the other day and wanted to point out this response from board member Leslie Wenger.
