Rescuing CTRC?

Let’s be honest, everything about the “merger” between UTHSCSA and CTRC indicates that it wasn’t a merger but a take over by UTHSCSA of CTRC. Maybe that’s why UTHSCSA has been so heavy handed in dealing with CTRC, they seem to think they are doing them a favor. But that’s not the case according to CTRC’s 990 tax forms.
Even if it was, it still doesn’t excuse UTHSCSA atrocious lack of planning and communication. The way things are going, this could keep me blogging for weeks.
