CPS Energy offers incentive program on energy-efficient bulbs – San Antonio Business Journal:

CPS Energy is making it easier for ratepayers to save on their electricity bills this fall.

The local utility is working with H-E-B and Home Depot stores on a rebate program whereby shoppers can find CPS Energy coupons for Energy Star-certified compact fluorescent light bulbs.
