Hmm, a little bit of disharmony in Helotes

HELOTES — Against the advice of the city attorney and in apparent violation of city policy and procedure, Mayor Tom Schoolcraft did not allow some items to be placed on the agenda for Thursday’s City Council meeting.
On June 5, councilwomen Alina Matutes-Eckhardt and Guillerma Contreras submitted the requisite request forms for three items to be placed on Thursday’s agenda.

I don’t know what it means or why he didn’t put it on the agenda but it certainly doesn’t show a happy Helotes administration. Hopefully they will work this out.
