Early voting extended to Saturday

Bexar County has an extra day of early voting thanks to a compromise reached Tuesday between state officials and a Hispanic civil rights group that had been challenging the election date set for the runoff in Congressional District 23.Following the agreement, U.S. District Judge Xavier Rodriguez in San Antonio signed an order giving the district’s 20 counties the authority to add Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., to their early voting calendars. The order also allows extended poll hours to 8 p.m. on any of the remaining weekdays.

Just wanted to throw this out there. I saw it earlier today and then forgot about it. Early voting can be extended, make sure to call your county elections department to find out where and when you can vote. You can find the number here.
