Who does this?
Bogus flyers direct voters in heavily Democratic Precinct 73 to wrong voting place

Some residents in Voter Precinct 73 on the Westside found flyers on their doors or in their mailboxes Monday directing them to vote at Precinct 83, H-E-B Tennis Center instead of Fannin Elementary.
Who does this? I just don’t understand. If I am supporting any candidate, I am expecting him/her to win on their merits, not because of a dirty trick. There are many people I know who vote exactly opposite just about anything I vote and while I would probably be happy for them to forget to go to the polls I would never knowingly mislead them. Their votes are as important as mine. I might think they are all wrong but I don’t believe they have a lesser right to have their voices heard. I would much rather change their minds on the issues and the candidates. If my arguments don’t stand up then so be it. The people that put out flyers like these or send letters like Tan Nguyen’s staff did are incomprehesible to me. Shouldn’t they believe their candidates can win without dirty tricks? Shouldn’t there be someone they know that sits them down and talks to them about political ethics? Voter suppression should not be an option that pops into anyone’s head. I know I am an idealist but this is just basic moral fiber we are talking about. We need to shine a bright light on every single instance of voter fraud and suppression we see and stand up and say NO MORE.
