Key Republican joins Dems opposing Bolton nomination - CNN.com:
Along with Bolton’s nomination, Bush said he would like to move forward on legislation to retroactively authorize the National Security Agency’s domestic surveillance program.

So what does our little precinct tour mean? In terms of drawing conclusions, nothing. It wasn’t scientific, it wasn’t random, it wasn’t even planned. We’re pretty certain about the number of machines available but we could have easily missed some of the poll workers. Our observations prove nothing.
